The tee shot on this hole is important as the tee is protected by trees right and left, the hole doglegs slightly to the left and the fairway slopes left to right, so positioning is important. Too long and right with the drive could have the next shot blocked by trees, leaving a difficult approach to a very long and narrow green sloping front to back and right to left. The pin placement on the hole is very important as it could be the difference in two clubs.

A par on this hole should be the goal.
