A good hole to start the back nine, with long hitters aiming to reach it in 2. The tree lined wide fairway gives an opportunity to let rip and set up for a second shot to the green or for position for the third. The green slopes severely back to front so the approach to the green needs to be spot on, short and it will leave a difficult chip, through the green at the back will not roll down leaving a more difficult chip.
A par or better should be the aim to start the back nine.
